RPO项目经理（英语熟练者优先）

职位描述:

工作内容：
1）隶属RPO（Recruitment Process Outsourcing)业务部门。根据客户招聘需求提供完整的招聘解决方案。
2）负责对客户招聘需求分析，调研，负责项目谈判，报价
3）并负责项目的实施：候选人的搜寻（公司有数据库），面试，评估。现场招聘会的组织统筹。
4）在招聘领域为客户提供专业性的意见，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导

1）大专及以上学历 ，英语听说读写流利。能接受不定期出差
2）拥有5年以上人力资源招聘或服务等领域的经验
3）对人才招聘服务领域的工作有强烈的热情，具备良好的学习能力
4）良好的沟通能力和客户服务技巧，书面、口头表达能力优秀
5）良好的逻辑思考、分析和判断能力
6）较强的项目管理能力，能同时有效推动多项项目
7）有良好的职业操守，优秀的团队合作精神和抗压能力
