Job Title: Sales Executive/Manager-Hospitality, Precor
Report to: Hospitality Manager, Precor
Main Responsiblity:
- To grow the sales and market share of Amer Sports’ Fitness Division throughout China area
- Manage international hotel project and develop real estate channel to achieve our annual sales and customer relations objectives
- To work with Chinese distributors and Precor internal sales team actively pursuing potential business in hospitality segment.
- Demonstrate a strong professional company image to our customers in hospitality or real estate sector.
- In conjunction with the local sales organizations, to assist existing accounts with new developments and facility refurbishments including fitness centers design drawings, equipment recommendations, project management & on-site staff training.
- To maintain the customer database and company key performance indicator system, ensuring the information is updated, accurate and available at all times.
- To represent Precor at customer presentations, trade shows, conferences, seminars & corporate events.
- Together with Hospitality Manager of Precor China to ensure an excellent global account management service is delivered to key Hospitality clients as well as major Chinese real estate groups.
- Being an active member of the Precor team and assisting with marketing and business development activities for all fitness brands.
- Any other task or activity you may be required to carry out or assist with from time to time
Needed Competencies:
- Familiar with hospitality / real estate industry
- Excellent English presentation skill
- Ability to represent Precor to international hotel chain GM level customers
- Able and willing to travel often in China to support Chinese distributor sales and internal area sales managers in hospitality segment.
- Eager to learn and open to share ideas and solutions
- Respect and follow Precor strategy and accountable.
- High level of intellect, communication skills, computer literacy, time management & negotiation skills
Education:
Bachelor degree or above with a concentration in Sales is preferred
Needed Work Experience:
- At least 3 years direct selling experience of working in hospitality industry
- Experience of working in a matrix sales organization would be preferred
- Strong interest and passion in health and fitness would be a plus
