职位描述

Job responsibilities


- TACA (Technical Application Centres Asia) Administrator
o Act as a TACA Trianing Room Manager to ensure the good conditions of the facility for providing best-in-class training activities.
o Provide full training administration support of all training activities conducting in the Training Room.
o Managing the TACA Training Room calendar, reservation and usage of Training Room in order to optimize the smart usage of the facility.
o Responsible for suppervising and monitoring the movement and preparation of TACA training plan and training programs for Asia local subsidaries.

- Training Systems :
o Asia training activities management including the training needs collections from various channels for interpreting into training plan, and organize the training activities as per training plan.
o Management and supporting local subsidiaries for the identification of local training needs, selection of trainees for training programs, as well as supporting the conduction and evaluation of the training programs.
o Ensure the good update and application of Asia Training and Development Policy as well as policies relating to training and development perspective in various local policies or local subsidaries.
o Always ensure there are effective training evaluation or assessment systems in place in order to ensure all training investments and trainees progress are properly measure and idenfitied.
o Responsible for sharing and promoting the best practices from headquarter or other local subsidaries outside Asia relating to training and development perspective

- Systems and Reportings :
o Ensure the good operations and implementation of Asia and global training systems and tools e.g. e-exam, e-learning/blended learning as per company, Asia and local subsidaries directions
o Management of Asia Training Database.
o Management of reportings in relating to training and development acitivities of entire Asia.
o Act as the project leader for traning & development driven HRIS roll-out in Asia.

- Others :
o Promote and develop the substainable training and development culture and atmosphere which aligning with Group objectives.
o Optimize the contribution of training and development investment and activities to the respective local subsidaries and job functions.
o Leading and supporting of local subsidaries HR/Training practitioners to perform the training and development activities in a professional manner
o Conduct training and induction activities to internal customers relating to training and development areas
o Involve in all HR projects relating to training and development areas

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Training Management
- Minimum 5 years of HR operational experience with core exposure in training and development support in multinational firms.
- Exposure in other HR generalist duties is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Responsible, quick learner, self-motivated and an energetic team player
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRIS as well as Pivot Table is a plus.
- Fluent in speaking and writing of English and Chineses including Poutonghua
