职位描述

Job description:
1. Two years Tailor-made training program both nationally and internationally with mentor to supervise progress.
为期两年的国内外针对性培训,由带教老师监督培训进程
2. The training program includes but is not limited to:
培训内容包括但不限于:
Production line layout design and line set up, capacity analysis.
生产线规划设计及建立,生产能力分析
Factory liaison to Business Units and R&D departments;
作为工厂和产品单元、研发部门联络的桥梁
Conduct sample run for new products or transfer products;
新产品或转产产品的样品
Co-ordination of technical, logistic and manufacturing issues that related to new project and products;
参与新项目和新产品工作,与技术部门、物流部门以及生产部门协调联络。
Co-ordination with QM-departments and lead-plants
与质量部门、主厂协调联络

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in technical field.
拥有技术专业的硕士学历
2. Speak and write fluent English (additional language skills are plus, preferable German).
英语口语流利,书面表达能力强。掌握其他语言者(德语为佳)会优先考虑
3. Have working experience up to 3 years.
拥有三年左右的工作经验
4. Gathered experience in international environment during study, internship or working.
拥有海外留学、实习或工作的经历
5. Have strong communication skills and leadership potential.
有较强的沟通能力和领导潜能
6. Open-minded and a good team player.
思维开放活跃,并有良好的团队合作精神
7. Mobile (nationally and internationally).
在工作地点上(国内和国外)具有灵活性

PKP/QMM1、Improvement of quality system, procedures planning and preparation
2、Implementation of central quality standards in quality area
3、Organization of external, internal audit, customer audit
4、Organization and planning of product audit
5、Quality documents 1, Master majored in mechanics or metal material science(preferable Germany returnee)
2, 2-4 years working in auto industry
3, Knowledge on TS16949 and lean production
4, General leadership requirement of CNTP
PKP/FIN1. Directly report to Finance manager
2. Responsible person of Fund and C/A
3. Check and record the financial vouchers
4. Management of financial ledger list in Sun System
5. Check statistical statements generate and submit financial statements 1, Master majored in finance or controlling(preferable Germany returnee)
2, 2-4 years working in finance area
3, SAP knowledge
4, General leadership requirement of CNTP
PKP/TEF1; Planning of maintenance related tasks of all machines which are used for production of gearboxes for wind turbines
2; Planning of capacity and capacity improvement potential for maintenance or required equipment, together with production engineers, with IE& Maintenance Planer1, Master majored in mechanics(preferable Germany returnee)
2, 2-4 years working in NC machine installation and maintenance area
3, Knowledge on metal parts manufacturing process and lean production
4, General leadership requirement of CNTP
PKP/TU1.Implement tooling improvements
2.Review manufacturing methodology and improve manufacturing processes
3.Maintain production throughput for manufactured components to assembly of the finished products
4.Participate with the team and Kaizen teams in cost control project.1, Master majored in mechanics(preferable Germany returnee)
2, 2-4 years working in metal parts production area
3, Knowledge on TS16949 and lean production
4, General leadership requirement of CNTP
