C++&C# Software Engineer-Fortune 500 MNC in Oilfields company
Company info:
Our clients is the world's largest oilfield services company. They have approximately 100,000+ people representing more than 150 nationalities and working in more than 70 countries. High technology products and solutions are developed to aid decision making by our clients throughout the lifetime of an oilfield development.
The successful applicant will be required to collaborate within their team and with other groups inside the organisation; hence a good team worker is required for this role. Strong software skills are required to develop high quality technical applications.
Development environment:
Windows 7, Visual Studio 2012, C++, Managed C++ CLI, Net Framework (C#), Multi-threading, TDD, 32/64-bit, COM, TFS 2012
Responsibilities:
1. To join a scrum development team as a software engineer who takes ownership of their solutions including clarification of requirements,
2. Object Oriented Design, implementation and unit tests. It is expected that they will be able to produce high quality, low complexity, well tested and performant code in a collaborative environment.
Technical Skills/Qualifications
1 Must Have Work experiences Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in software development.
Knowledge and skills
1. C++ or C# Advance
2. Object Oriented Design Advance
3. Multi-threading Advance
4. Unit tests Advance
Special skills as plus manage large code bases (2M lines plus) Advance
1. Performance optimisation and profiling Intermediate
2. ATL/STL Intermediate
3. COM Intermediate
4. 64-bit coding Intermediate
5. SQL Database experience Intermediate
6. TFS 2012 Intermediate
Soft Skills/Qualifications
1. Initiative
2. Collaboration
