Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement all activities in operational personnel work in sales HQ and all RSOs
- be member of the location management team to perform the tasks with high business relevance
- implement the HR topics and processes, make sure that all the implementation is uniformed according to Bosch standard
- focuses of consulting in various HR work perspectives
- support the development of high performance organization and people excellence
- consult HR internally and employees regarding HR topics such as labor law, payroll. social benefit, career develop
- manage the admin function in the company

Qualification Requirement
(e.g. Education, Working Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc)
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related
- 5 years+ working experience in HR field as HR generalist with high potential (incl. min.2 years in leadership position) in multinational companies
- sound experience in all HR related functions, especially in ER
- working experience in company with sales functions preferred
- good interperson skill and communication skill
- able to adjust in different environment
- able to work under pressure
