职位描述

What are my responsibilities?
1. Department Resource Management: Dispatch department resource in the most efficient and
optimized way to support projects.
2. Department Staff Management: Continuous improvement of dept’s competence and performance by
Coaching/training, setting staff's performance targets and making evaluation, recruiting, etc.
3. Project Management: Understand and manage customer requirements, control the project scope,
budget and schedule;
4. Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and responds to change in risk as the project
progresses. Identifies, evaluates and monitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to
meet the needs.
5. Regular and effective communications with customers (both internal and external) and project team.
Work closely with production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up.
6. Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; identify appropriate resources and
assigns them with clear and accurate direction
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 7+ years direct people management experience;
2. 4+ years experience in project management
3. 3+ years working experience in an international working environment
4. Strong HVAC product and application knowhow
5. Familiar with Product Lifecycle management process (or Product Development Procedure)
6. Basic finance knowledge for project management
7. High-volume manufacturing knowledge
8. Basic electrical/electronic, software or mechanical knowledge
9. Familiar with international approbation requirement like CE, UL, CCC & C-Tick
10. Have basic knowledge and analytical capability of product test and certificate
11. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
