1. Academic Related
a. Interview FT teachers.
b.Provide new FT teacher orientation for new comers.
c. New FT teacher’s orientation and observations to be done as quickly as possible to enable the teachers to adjust to school’s teaching methods and style.
d. Provide on-site training.
e. Observe Classes.
f. Informing the academic director and FT supervisor about the FT teacher’s progress or decline in class.
g. Evaluate FT teachers’ working performance every session
h. Maintain teaching quality
i. Look over all materials and constantly upgrade, then create new handouts / games.
j. Accomplish the other tasks distributed by the Academic Director.


2. Administration Related
a. Participate in the weekly academic department meeting.
b. Act as a bridge between the FT teachers and the School
c. Provide and Revise new FT teacher’s contract and guideline.


Working time:10:00-19:00(or 9:00-18:00)
2days off in weekday (Needs to work on Saturday & Sunday)
Probation period:2 months
