Position: Project Coordinator/ Webmaster, School of International Studies (part-time)

Contract Status: Part-time, fixed-term employment contract for 6 months
Working Hours: 20 hours per week
Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related field including multimedia or web design; Excellent English; Good knowledge of Moodle; Presentation skills; Proven knowledge of necessary software (HTML, Adobe, Flash etc.); Good communication skills; Successful completion of at least one webmaster project (e.g. website); Team worker; Ability to work in flexible approach; Ability to work on own initiative and autonomously; Ability to take responsibility for tasks and meet deadlines; Well organised.
Desirable: Training in artistic and graphic online visualisation of information and data; Filming skills; Experience of working in an educational institution; Interest in social sciences and humanities.
Salary & Benefits: RMB 2,576 per month before deductions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning of the module ‘The Development of Asia’ with the module convenor at The University of Nottingham Malaysia campus and participating staff at the School of International Studies at The University of Nottingham Ningbo China;
- Organise what is technically necessary to digitalize teaching materials and prepare online materials;
- Monitor the production of digital and online teaching materials;
- Undertake smaller research tasks related to this module (bibliographical research etc.).
