Job Purpose:

The Project Engineer is responsible for all capital investment projects implementation.
Effective and efficient implement planned and approved engineering projects to meet the operational requirements of GMP, corporate guidelines, policies, procedures and industry standards and ensure it within the target date and approved budget.
Assist Projects Engineering Supervisor to manage and control all projects.

协助项目工程主管管理和控制所有项目。


Tasks:

1. Effective and efficient implement all capital investment projects.
高效执行所有固定资产投资项目。
2. Work together with production department for new equipment selection, quotation and technical specification confirming.
和生产部同事共同进行设备选型，报价及技术规范的确定。
3. Implement all new capital investment projects to make sure it finish in the given timeframe and budget of the project plan.
执行所有新的固定资产投资项目，确保其能在规定的时间内和批准的预算范围内完成。
4. Implement projects against targets to meet the department and divisional objectives meeting internal and external service level agreements.
根据设定的目标执行项目，确保其符合部门和地区目标并能符合达成的内部及外部的服务协议水平。
5. Supervision and control of outside contractor make sure them strictly to follow BI guidelines and local regulations.
管理和监控外部合同商，确保他们严格按照BI规章制度和当地法律执行项目。
6. Communication with local authorities regarding new projects permitting and approvals (planning bureau, fire protection bureau …)
和当地政府部门保持联系，获取项目需要的各项批文。
7. Report to Projects Engineering Supervisor whenever significant issue happening.
对于任何重大问题，积极与项目工程主管进行沟通。
8. Support Projects - Engineering Supervisor in project issues
为项目工程主管提供项目支持。

Qualification Profile:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience of Engineering and project management, of which 2 years experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
3年以上工程或项目管理经验，其中至少有两年药企工作经验。
2. Degree level qualification in an Engineering discipline.
工程专业毕业。
3. Able to understand automation and pharmaceutical production processes to the complexity appropriate to the production operation.
了解制药生产的工艺，有药品生产经验。
4. Experience of project implementation including knowledge of capital budget control and project timeline control
项目执行经验，包括投资预算控制和项目进度控制。
