Position: Project Specialist (GBS)
Department: GBS
Report to: Production System Manager
Location: Zhangjiang Plant, Shanghai (1 person)

Basic Purpose of the Position*
The Project Specialist is responsible to support local stream leader of PE process with all relevant project administration, documentation, schedules monitoring and management. Create and fulfill the documentation required to input into SAP.

Accountabilities*
1. Assist to process develop based on user requirement
2. Align and track business interface regarding other department with Technical Operations
3. Support to prepare and monitor detailed work plans and schedules
4. Assist the organization and moderation of the workshops within the respective team
5. Takes corrective actions on scope and progress deviations including maintenance of the action list
6. Continuously track business impacts and risks and develops mitigating actions
7. Sort and store training documentations and prepare the training for operators in the future ( CSV, ARIS, SAP, )
8. Update SOP according with GMP compliance and global requirement
9. Other Ad hoc tasks

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)*
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 2 - 3 years working experience in logistics area or planning area or production. Familiar with routings and BOMs, variances and cost centres.
3. Good prioritization, time management and organizational skills
4. Excellent English skills
5. Excellent computer skills including ERP and a minimum of 2 year SAP experience in manufacturing/production/logistic area.
6. Self-motivated, patient, well-organized ,conscientious and quick to learn
7. Team player
8. Experience in project management area is preferred
