JOB OBJECTIVES:
Be responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals, sales plans and profit targets.
2. Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
3. Develop, review and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
4. Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
5. Recovery of accounts receivable to ensure the stability of cash flow.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College or above;
2. 4- 5 years working experience in Chemical trading, preferably in coatings products;
3. Familiar with automotive industry/ products;
4. Good knowledge in import business and market environment in China;
5. Strong communication skills, good negotiation abilities and selling skills;
6. Good interpersonal and communication skill;
7. Good computer operation skill.
