职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Prepare and revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
- Prepare BS,IS CF etc. both in local system and BPCS system monthly closing and cost accounting reports
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain the accounting and accounting control procedures
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends, cost and budget
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education / experiences /skills / competencies required:
- Able to write and speak in English;
- University education(full-timer) in accounting or related major ;
- Minimum 4 years accounting experience in production/ manufacturer/ minerals, foreign companies preferred
-Proficient in cost accounting and financial analysis, general ledger, cost control principles,
-Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications, familiar with local ERP;
-Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections;
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
