Main Responsibilities:

1.Set up Finance team in new company, set up financial policy and rules .

2.Monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, internal controls Procedures and internal audit recommendation in the Business unit;

3.Prepare the Globle report under IFRS and Chinese GAAP report

4.Contact with SAFE , tax office and banks

5.Set up and improve the accounting system and internal finance control system;

6.Closely work with Finance team, deal with the team management;

7.Liaise with local authorities, such as SAFE, Tax Bureau & auditors;

8.Other related finance work.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree major in accountancy.

2.Ten years work experiences in finance including 2 years finance manager working experiences and skilled in all accounting procedures.

3. Knowledge about ERP system; having experiences in SAP will be a plus

4. Fluent spoken English and be able to work in English-speaking environment.

5. Be familiar with national and local law.

6. Good communication skills both with other departments within our organization and our customers, government, etc.
