岗位名称：（资深）标定工程师
Roles and Responsibilities:
Development and release of calibration specifications
Responsible for the calibration of transmission controls software (vehicle based, testbench based, desktop based);
Interface definition and calibration with engine, ABS, ESP and other teams
Definition of transmission control functions and features;
Testing of transmission control functions and features;
Planning and execution of hot, cold climate and high tests in China and Europe
Preparation, execution and evaluation of measurements for component, system or vehicle performance and quality;
Development of test equipment and tools for transmission calibration
Technically support project teams for project work and offer process
Requirements:
1-3 years experience( for senior calibration engineer, 3-5 years experience) in the field of software or calibration development in engine or transmission;
Experience in automotive development preferred, ideally in the field of transmission engineering;
Relevant university degree in engineering required;
Good command of English
Strong understanding of controls theories;
Good understanding of functionality of transmission control hardware (e.g. TCU, actuation system, sensors)
Capability to use modeling software (e.g. Matlab/Simulink);
Ability to think across boundaries and functions;
Desire to learn new technology and understand cause and effects
