1. Bachelor degree or above,5+ years work experience in high-class lady apparel industry, have strong concept of fashion trend.
2. Professional skill of fabric technical and color use.
3. Be familiar with the fashion trend of Europe market and can hold its requirements.
4. Strong fashion concept of lady apparel
5. Particular opinion of garment evolution
6. strong discrimination and innovation


Responsibility:
1. Sourcing the popular color and fabric on market, and then dope out the fashion trend of fabric and color on next season
2. Sourcing and confirm the fabric of each season, make sure its fit for the brand manner and market needs.
3. Fix brand orientation, work closely with designer to compact with marketing demands
4. Have rich sources of fabric suppliers and strong abilities on supplier control.
