Qualification:
1. major in computer science (College or higher)
2. Have experience with networking in general and understand basic network communication
3. Familiar with windows XP,2003 Server, MS office 2003 (English version is better)
4. Good experienece with Lotus Notes email client support
5. Good knowledge in PC and printer
6. Basic knowledge regarding business processes in garment industry
7. Basic knowledge regarding PBX and Cisco networking equipement
8. Basic knowledge of IBM as400 green screen will be a plus
9. Good communication skills ,team work
10.Good command of oral and written English

Responsibility:
1. Maintanence the printers ,printerservers and PC
2. Helpdesk and troubleshooting for the clients
3. Perform basic PC setup per our standards for new PCs, design workstations and laptops
4. Local backup monitor and tape replace
5. Antivirus software maitanence and client risk clean
6. Maintain and support the company infrastructure system including cabling, networking, mail, telecommunication, etc
7. End user training
8. Any other job task assigned by the supervisor
