JOB DESCRIPTION
REPORTING TO/汇报对象
SUBORDINATES/下属
？ Plant Safety Engineers
？ Process Safety Engineer
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
Lead Greater China Operations Safety Team, to deal with all the Plant Operations safety issues, incl.:
？ Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements in operations safety field;
？ Liaisoning with different safety authorities and obtaining permits for operational plants and new projects;
？ Supervising the operational plant safety of ZJG site;
？ Performing process safety analysis for the operational plants and new projects;
？ Preparing and updating the safety procedures for operational plants;
？ Maintaining emergency plans and conducting drills;
？ Conducting safety trainings for operational plants;
？ Supporting other operational sites, incl. NJG and SWC in operational safety filed;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
？ Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, safety engineering or other related fields;
？ More than 8 years working experiences in chemical or oil industries in positions of operations, engineering or EHSS;
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
？ Fluent in speaking and writing English.
