职位描述
Project Engineer-Asia Pacific（欧美独资化工公司，直接和总部沟通，薪资优厚）
Report to: Supply Chain VP (foreigner)
● Project management, including organise the project feasibility study, designing, permitting, and monitor and inspect the project progress and take the responsibility in the project cost control, on schedule, and safety.
● Responsible for project cost estimation, cost control, organise the public bidding, project site coordination, quality control, and etc.
● Responsible for organising the project feasibility study, designing, permitting
● Control the every step of project on schedule and budget, including (but not limited) civil construction, equipment and instrument installation, and etc.
● Define future state and change plan
● Coordinate the different contractor in the project site to keep the scheduled lines in progress.
● Responsible for improvement project for existing facility.
● Responsible for relevant project progress summary and reporting.
Requirement
● Chemical Engineering / Civil Engineering Background (with Degree holder)
● More than 10 years experience in chemical manufacturing field
● Familiar with AutoCAD / Microsoft Project/ MS Office
● 6 Sigma Green/Black Belt holder
● Had project management experiences
● Familiar with EHS requirement
● Familiar with capital expense management
● Fluent in English both in write and read
● Able to travel in SE Asia region
