New Site Survey function

Rental area space condition check.

All new project construction condition checks out. for instance: electric, water system and air condition system, fire system, etc…

Write off the new site check document before contract with landlord.

Checking out almost extra investment budget.

Help property team the new projects before signing off lease contract

Build out investment Capex for the new project.

Prepare and tracing all the new project documents for lease contract (proposal drawing, signage arrangement, information document, etc…)

Push forward all the process under schedule in design and construction aspects.

Manage the new projects building out

Making the whole project schedule for every department.

Tracing and pushing out the construction drawing on time.

Holding the new project suppliers meeting.

Making all new store products order to suppliers and tracing the process.

Check the site at least three times (beginning, hiding work finish and fit out working time) .

Update the report to all relative departments to catch the new site information.

Checking and keeping the high quality in construction.

Manage the new store handover

Check all the aspect meets the COSTA CHECK standard.

Inviting the new store COSTA CHECK and following to fix all the snags after COSTA check.

Manage and be ready on duty to handover to operation team.

Follow and fix all the problems after handover to operation.

After signed off by new store manager. Introducing the new store and register with Maintenance manager into the normal repair system.

Make the report of the new store about the suppliers service, quality check, and investment control analyzing.

Develop or update the working skill to optimize the construction.

Finance and other department work

Apply for the invoices of new stores order ASAP to keep the projects building out smoothly.

Making plan to help other departments preparing the construction products.

Sign off the master list of the new store with store manager and backup to finance department.

Big maintenance assistant

Cooperate with maintenance manager to make effective big cases planning and ordering.

Further checking the result of the case and give the professional identification and report.
