Location of the position is Asia Service Center in Changshu. Position holder will report to APAC IT Service Center Man
ager and in matrix to Head of IT End User and Office Services, Service Platforms.
IT End User and Office Services team has the end to end service ownership and delivery accountability for the IT end user services.
These services include all non-business specific solutions such as:
？ end user and office devices
？ access and identity management
？ online services platforms
？ mobility solutions
？ productivity and collaboration tools and printing
Also change management activities and global user support are managed by this team
Service Platforms
As a part of IT End User and Office Service, this team is managing outsourced services of end user devices, printing, tele-, video- and audio communication.

？ Fixed Telephony

？ End user computing
？ Video Conferencing
？ Audio conferencing
？ Instant messaging and presence
？ End User Devices
？ Printing
？ End User Access
？ End User directories and group management tools

Senior Expert, User Access Management Tools
IT End User and Office Services, Service Platforms
Main tasks and responsibilities
？ Coordination responsibility of Identity Management (IdM) tools
？ Architecture planning
？ Workflow planning
？ Life-cycle planning
？ Functionality definitions
？ Implementation
？ Coordination of Group Management
？ Strong cross-team and cross-function cooperation
Typical daily activities would be:
User group management in FIM and making sure that groups are synchronized with Domino directory
FIM operations (patching, monitoring data synchronizations with HRIS, AD & Domino)
UMA operations
UMA second level support
Many requested tasks for HR, Security and Communications
Upcoming development & projects
Summer trainees mass upload
UMA upgrade
UMA catalogue renewal
UMA automated provisioning implementations
General UMA & FIM development
Contribution projects:
IT Request Portal
Sourcing e-Procurement project

Skills and capabilities
Main competences required:
？ knowledge of Microsoft platform
？ Knowledge of general user management, AD, FIM and knowledge in SAP HR as an advantage à Specially for this user management role.
？ Self-starter, open minded, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
？ Able to see the big picture and coordinate with global teams and partners
？ Proficiency in English
？ Ability to work under pressure with great flexibility, focus on delivery result
