职位描述

Purpose of the job
? Participates in safety management and development in the unit. Participates in the cooperation within occupational health and safety of the unit and its development. Acts in cooperation with the units and the public authorities. Follows up the developments of the legislation, regulations and instructions within his/her area of responsibility and participates in distributing information to the line organization.
Key tasks
? 1. Assist to develop the Company Health and Safety Management system and monitoring the implementation.
? 2. Support and advise to PM1, Maintenance area in safety issues.
? 3. Make safety inspection and risk analysis to detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventive measures.
? 4. Arrange and conduct safety training, promotion and communication to improve employee& awareness and competence of safety in the responsible area.
? 5. Investigating, data analyzing, handling and reporting the any minor, recordable industrial injuries and near miss and follow up the corrective measures.
? 6. Develop safety best practice in the mill wide.
? 7. Provide safety suggestion about before the design and use of new equipment, new machinery.
? 8. Participate/chair the area safety meeting and provide advices.
? 9. Manage the licence for special equipment. Like forklift, crane, pressure vessel, etc.
? 10. Develop the safety management of contracted construction project and monitoring the contractor to comply with ’s health and safety policy and other relevant regulations.
? 11. Support safety reference group work as member of reference group.
Prerequisites
? Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering; Registered Safety engineer certificate preferred;
? At least 3-5 years professional EHS experience in EHS Management system (e.g. OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001/SA 8000); Minimum 2 years experience in a MNC.
? Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to significant results.
? Good in English, both written and oral.
? Good PC skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
? To build up AsRC's competences on both project research and lab operation in Asia Pacific region by
? Leading analytical team in lab practices for R&D projects & services.
? Assisting lab supervisor for AsRC lab operation team competence development.
Key areas of responsibilities:
? Well understanding of analytical chemistry technology. Good balance of scientific research and practical application
? Be able to work independently on research/test method development and operation/data quality control.
? To design test plans, control test process and offer reliable results and summary reports for research team.
? Understanding and strictly following of the operation and maintenance of equipments and related standard methods.
? To contribute to lab management: contribution to lab operation team competency build-up and development, following of the instructions of house-keeping, safety and environment.

Needed qualification:
? University degree or above, major in chemistry, English CET 4 or above level
