Purpose of the job:
？   to manage the special raw material categories and suppliers in Asia, and to implement relevant category sourcing strategy of Raflatac group, which is a regional role in supporting Filmic and Specialty business.
？   Report  to : Sourcing Manager, Asia Pacific.

Key tasks

？   Create regional category sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams
？   Developsupplymarketknowledge
？   Establish category specific know-how (products, usage, performance)
？   Lead the specialty product qualification process for new solutions, substitutions, suppliers
？   Lead the negotiation process with regional suppliers
？   Lead supplier relationship management and development programs and performance follow-up
？   Create and maintains effective communication network, both externally and internally
？   Regionspecificreporting


Requirements

？   Understanding of label stock products, or paper/printing/polymer filmicrelated industries.
？   Knowledge of sourcing and contracting processes
？   Negotiations and presentationskills
？   Willingness to work both self-initiated and as team member
？   Influencing skills in a regional, multi-functional organization
？   Strong networking and relationship building capabilities
？   Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks in one time
？   University degree or equivalent professional qualification
？   5+yearsrelevantexperience
？   Fluency in both Chinese and English
