Responsibilities
?Be the link between Finance and Project Management Departments.
?Overall responsibility for the financial analysis of the projects.
?Following up on planned installments get invoiced or else planned date are revised in case of postponement.
?Following up on L/Cs – overview new L/Cs to come in and check that all conditions can and will be fulfilled.
?Contract amount changes to existing projects have to be verified and collect documentation for Change orders.
?Major adjustments to project budget GMS to be verified with PM’s.
?Monitor that actual cost is not exceeding budget cost on projects.
?Monitor important dates in ERP System – Invoicing dates, delivery dates and closing dates are revised.
?Prepare materials for monthly Project Review meeting and participate in monthly Project Reviews.
?Followup on weekly Cash Flow optimizing reports.
?Deeply understand and help sales/project managers to understand the major contract risk and properly control the contract risk.
?Controlling the SG&A variances for all cost center on site and the individual Managers on site should be able to explain their own variances after monthly reviews with site controller.
?Follow up on project hour registration.
Requirements
?Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting.
?Experience in multinational manufacturing or project handling company.
?Solid accounting background and should master consolidation of financial statements and budgets.
?Experience with maintenance and development of consolidation and budgeting tools.
?Flair and interest in IT and should master Excel to advanced level.
?Preferably experience with Business Intelligence reporting, project financial management, ERP systems. Preferably knowledge of database technology (Access databases, basic SQL)
?Good at cooperating and focus on ensuring tasks is delivered in good quality.
?Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
?Good to meet deadlines and ability to follow through and stick with tasks.
?Focus on the Business’ accounting/finance controlling.
