“Key accountabilities” in a series of brief statements, describe the principal accountabilities of the position, specifying key actions and problems to be solved.
? Process routine purchasing and procurement activities in respect of resins, solvent, pigment and additives, which includes order information checking in SAP, purchase order tracking and placement, goods & invoice receipt in physical, as well as payment management for local purchase in RMB.
? Assist purchasing manager to optimize supply channel to save cost and improve service.
? Assist purchasing manager to assess & manage supplier for the delivery performance -OTIF.
? Maximize quantity of bonded purchasing to minimize the VAT and duty payment.
? Assist purchasing manager to soundly manage bonded raw material to be without any risk from authorities.
? Maintain in SAP for raw material and supplier (both vendor and producer) information timely to keep the data accurate and integral any time.
? Application of permanent code to replace temporary code.
? Management for raw material movement across three sites.
? Management of Purchasing documentation
? Accomplish with annual objectives and any other projects as assigned by purchasing Manager.

? Non-conformance in implementation of HSE and QMS policy & procedures of company group.
? Assist Purchasing Manager to achieve HSE target of purchase dept.? Working in office
? SAP system is needed.

? Education: College degree or above with major of Chemicals.
? Related experience: at least 2 years work experience in customs declaration.
? Special knowledge & skills: fluent English both oral and written, familiar in office soft.
? Good communication skill and team work spirit.
? Can word under overload
