Operation Manager (世界上最大的聚合物添加剂的生产厂商,欧美独资，薪资丰厚)

Direct Report: Plant Manager

Location: Nantong


Responsibilities:
To lead the Production team to ensure the production plan completed in time and meets the requirement of sales. Ensure all production SOP and parameters are well followed;
Prepare production annual budget and implement cost control measurements. Acts as cost champion for the production line;
Maintain and improve standards for safety, housekeeping and quality across all shifts and daily support team;
Be responsible for safety operation. Keep daily operation in line with Corporate EHS Standard;
Set manufacturing goals consistent with the plant and business goals and implement programs accordingly;
In charge of raw material planning and detail scheduling.
Work with Maintenance function to improve the equipment efficiency, promote TPM program to ensure the equipment are working in good condition.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Rich experience in continuous chemical process management;
Strong communication influencing skills in a matrix organization;
Good command of English both orally and writing.
Strong problem solving competency;
Outstanding logical and analytical capability;
Integrity, self-motivated, result driven person;
Strong learning capability and desire to learn and grow the career through contribution to company’s growth strategy;
Prefer to have SAP knowledge;
Continuously improve communication skills in English internally and externally;

Targeted Profile:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related, Master degree is preferred;
Plus 5 years of experiences at a production/operation management position within chemical manufacturing base;
Working in a multinational chemical industrial is a must, with strong ability to work in a cross cultural and international environment,
Strong leadership and team work, experiences in people management, talent training & development, coaching skills;
