SUMMARY概述
Inspection and testing of materials sourced from China, including preproduction samples, purchased raw materials, shells, pre-filled finished goods and retail ready materials for conformance to specified requirements by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES基本职责
Perform required job tasks as listed to ensure all products are made to Down Lite specifications prior to shipment from China factories. Travel to factories within China is required. Daily work schedule and factory location will be assigned by QA Manager – DownLite Nanjing.

? Review product specification (RMP – Raw Material Profile) with vendor for each purchase order to ensure factory’s understanding of the requirements

? Audit factory’s inspection results – make sure factory performs inspections, inspection methods are acceptable and pass/fail criteria are defined and followed
审核工厂的检验结果 – 确保工厂实施产品检验,具有合适的检验方法,采用合格/不合格品判定标准并得到贯彻实施.
? Obtain copies of factory’s inspection reports
获得工厂检验报告副本
? Feather & Down testing – reports with lot numbers
羽毛和羽绒测试 – 每批次报告;
? Fabric – air permeability, thread count, weave construction and color matching
布料 - 透气性,纱支数, 面料组织结构和颜色配合;
? Product – size, workmanship and appearance

? Labels / Packaging – carton markings, quantity per carton, proper labels

? Inspect and test raw materials (including fabric), in-process, finished goods and packaged goods per Down Lite Inspection procedures

? Forward inspection report to Down Lite QA Manager – US and China for accept/reject decision – US Management must approve shipment to leave China
