Position:National Sales Manager-中国区销售经理-上海美资橡胶企业
Location:Shanghai

Primary Purpose of the Position
1. Develop & execute sales strategy (by region, by product, by channel, by industry) and maximize sales and market share
2. Develop strategy to protect and grow existing customer foundational base.
3. Aggressively “hunt” for new customers, and drive ‘hunter’ mentality in sales organization.
4. Fully responsible for Accounts Receivable (setting credit limits based on history/rating, ensuring no past dues, balancing sales/inventory/collections, etc.)
5. Utilize smart strategies/analysis/tools for leading and managing growth. Utilize dashboards/reporting to lead and drive sales team in an organized and effective manner.
6. Provide clear and consistent Leadership to the Regional Sales Managers, including assisting with customer maintenance, new customer growth, accounts receivable, pricing, sales/marketing strategy, preparation of tenders, and ensuring compliance with company policy & procedures (take care of other/general issues like PO’s/credits/quality issues, etc.)
7. In consultation with Product Managers, establish/execute product tier and pricing strategy
8. In consultation with Product Managers, establish/execute training, marketing, promotional and advertising strategies for products & customers (sales incentive plans, PULL Advertising, PUSH advertising, Distributor meetings, etc.)
9. Develop and execute Distributor Policy & Agreements (account territories by location/province/product/size; distributor price multipliers; etc.)

Qualification Requirements
1. Post graduate qualifications in Business/Marketing or related discipline
2. Proven Sales Management record with 7+ years of experience in hardcore sales position
3. Preferred experience in the Rubber, Industrial or Automotive Industry.
4. Preferred experience with building Industrial Distribution sales
5. Sound communication and negotiation skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels in both oral & written communications (English required)
6. Computer Proficiency – must
