职位描述
1、网点关系的建立与维护：协助渠道经理建立与网点的业务合作关系；维护与网点保险销售相关岗位人员的业务关系，取得网点保险销售资源
（1）协助向渠道经理提供网点相关信息，在渠道经理指导下，负责定期评估网点业务合作状况；
（2）协助渠道经理执行网点负责人层面的沟通和业务洽谈；
（3）在渠道经理指导下，负责与网点销售人员的沟通，落实相关业务计划和工作，推动业务顺利开展。
2、销售与网点服务：运用技能进行自主销售或推动银行人员进行销售，以达成个人销售目标；为所辖的网点提供相关服务
（1）在所辖网点范围内，负责制定个人工作计划，运用技能进行自主销售；
（2）负责对所辖网点的银行销售人员进行培训及辅导，协助并推动他们进行产品销售；
（3）按公司确定的流程及相关规定，完成整个销售过程，达成个人销售目标，并对销售质量负责；
（4）根据所辖网点需求，根据所辖网点需求，提供销售支持和客户服务，推动业务顺利开展。
3、其他：参加公司或渠道要求的各项会议、培训及考试，达到公司或渠道要求，并完成相关工作
1、1-2年个人寿险销售经验；
2、大专以上学历。
