Major Responsibilities:

• Support Sourcing for Quality Process.
  -Visiting site as required,
  -Leading support for quality data collection, reviews/concurs supplier selection with Purchasing
• Support and review supplier APQP process
  - Assisting and participate in the APQP process, schedule and lead cross-functional APQP process. Verify RED/Yellow work plan are adequate.
  - Drive Quality Execution of APQP issue
  - Verify the completeness of RED/YELLOW/GREEN Assessment
  - Conduct Evidence Reviews as required.
• Support Pre-production supplier build. Drive problem resolution on identified quality issue.
• Support Assembly plant for the launch Support
• Implement Ford "best quality practices" (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.) at suppliers
• Review and disposition PPAP package as required including capacity verification.
• Work with supplier to meet Q1 standard. Conduct Ford Q1 manufacturing site assessment to supplier site, drive resolution of open issues from action plan, and drive continual improvement.
• Develop work plan with supplier to reduce PPM&QR, Work with Resident STA and I.Q. to resolve open QR issues.
• Follow and Implement STA Global Procedures
• Frequent travel is required.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor or advanced degrees in engineering. Major in electrical will be preferred.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and comprehension of the English vocabulary.
• 3+ years' experience in quality, manufacturing, process engineering and/or product development of automotive electrical commodities.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical commodity manufacturing processes of such as SMT, Wave solder, PWB, Semiconductor, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of injection molding process.
• Hands-on knowledge of APQP,PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and statistical process control
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with multi-cultural difference
• Good demonstration of strong confidence and personality.
• Willing to take responsibility, and could work under high pressure.
