CLIENT SUMMARY
Our Client is a global IT service provider; it covers telecommunications, high-tech, pharmaceutical, trading, manufacturing etc.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
> Responsible for facilitating the prompt, effective resolution of all service related issues. This includes the identification of root causes and the development/implementation of associated action plans in order to rectify and improve current service level.
> Lead the development and implementation of all action plans to improve applicable areas of service highlighted throughout customer survey and regular service level reports.
> Follow with Root Cause Analysis report of critical incidents and own the rollout corrective actions.
> Identify any service gaps between actual scenario and ICT' strategy, commitment and customer's expectation, then produce action plans to close.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
> BA degree
> 3+ years experience in an Integrated IT infrastructure environment
> MNC work experience in MNC or abroad experience
> work in or with a Service management team
> Fluent English (spoken and Written)
> Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
> Experience in Service management;
> English (Spoken and written will be tested by interviewee);
