POSITION SUMMARY
Our Client is a global IT service provider; it covers telecommunications, high-tech, pharmaceutical, trading, manufacturing etc.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for capacity management of GEMS services;
- Ensuring effective monitoring of GEMS service capacity;
- Creating, updating and executing the capacity management plan;
- Responsible for availability management of GEMS services;
- Creating, updating and executing the availability management plan;
- Responsible for business continuity management of GEMS services;
- Creating, updating and executing the Business continuity plan;
- Organizing planned disaster recovery tests.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- BA degree
- 3+ years experience in an Integrated IT infrastructure environment
- MNC work experience in MNC or abroad experience
- Work in or with a Service management team
- Fluent English (spoken and Written)
- Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
- Strong architecture vision;
- Experience in Disaster Recovery;
