1、两年以上工程部维修的工作经验，高中或中专以上文化程度，具有工程各项专业综合技能基础知识；

2、熟悉安全预防知识，熟悉各种设备的安全操作规程；

3、负责水电维修，或空调、暖通，或瓦木工、油漆工，或高压电工，或锅炉工等；

4、持电工操作证
