Job Description
- Focus on Tier 1 Telecom/Datacom customer’s support like ZTE/Huawei/H3C, etc.
- Give some presentation or training for our chips and remove customer’s concern on our chips.
- Communicate with customers and understand their systems, cooperate with marketing team to collect the customer demands, cooperate with sales team to win the design.
- Help customers to bring up their board and debug the board issues to ensure the board go into mass production smoothly.
- Handle the chip quality issue and co-work with US engineer to find out the workaround for some silicon issues.
- Understands customer’s requirements & problems, and have a prompt response to resolve them by a team work.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in hardware board design and high speed circuit system design or relevant experience.
- Major in Electronics Engineering or Communication Engineering, Bachelor or above.
- Abundant experience in hardware architecture especially for MIPS CPU architecture.
- Be skilled in trouble shooting and abundant debugging experience for high speed interface like Interlaken, DDR2/DDR3, SGMII/XAUI/RXUI/, PCIe, SATA, USB, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team work capability.
