1,Major Accountabilities
Taking overall responsibility of the following areas:
· Is responsible for planning all maintenance work for the plant using a computer based work order system
· Is responsible for working with production and maintenance team to prioritize and schedule required maintenance jobs
· Is responsible for making safety the number one consideration when planning and scheduling maintenance work.
· Is responsible for monitoring maintenance efficiency and work on improving maintenance work efficiency.
· Is responsible for planning and managing the procurement of spare parts procurements
· Establish required equipment files
· Other tasks assigned by superiors
2,Position Prerequisites
Education: Engineering background, bachelor degree or above.
Experience: 5 years or above experience of maintenance management or reliability in industrial company.
Skills: Besides the reliability, organizing, planning and cooperating, the professional knowledge of basic mechanic and electrical and familiar statistics and computer skill is the must.
Competency:
The basic position requirement is honest, with the right physical condition. Besides these basic requirement, the following item will be the additional：
· Skilled data analysis and statistics, familiar with Excel / Access / AutoCAD and SAP;
· Basic EHS knowledge and management skill;
· Strong operational discipline;
· RCA / what-if ;
· Fluent English, especially in written;
· Customer focus with good planning and communication skills;
· Integrity and result oriented.
