--Degree in Mechanical Engineering,at least 8 years of hard toys develop experience in this field.

--Familiar with US & European toy standards; such as EN, ASTM,ect.

--Familiar with hard toys developing procedure.

--Good at technical support and problems analysis.

--Good at production line control and quality control.

--Good knowledge of molds modification.

--Be friend, warm, easy to talk, someone who listen well, hard working and honest.

--Fluent English in reading and writing.
