Job Requirement:

--University/College graduate in relevant Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.

--Familiar with the quality control of toys, at least 3 years relevant experience in this field.

--Good knowledge of US & European toy standards; such as EN-71, ASTM-F963, EN-62115.

--Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.

--Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.

--Good PC skills, familiar with Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power Point.

Job Scope:

--Conduct design and tooling model review for new product, follow the new product development.

--Writing and issue test specification, inspection specification.

--Handle failure analysis and follow corrective action.

--Monitor factory quality system to ensure the quality requirements has been implemented properly in the field.

--On site monitor the production line control.

--Monitor the factory for high risk material control.

--Follow up the rejected inspection and correction action plan.

--Production line quality control.
