①进行业务人力计划执行情况追踪，并根据计划执行情况和人员产能情况对渠道招聘需求进行初审；
②协助HR及时、完整地执行银保业务人员人事变动相关手续和流程；
2、业务人员绩效管理支持：
①根据银保业务人员相关考核制度和绩效追踪细则提供数据支持并存档；
②协助总公司绩效管理岗，按时完成绩效奖金核对工作和总公司组织的竞赛奖励宣导追踪和兑现工作；
3、其他：三级机构销售支持工作的配合及银保其他相关工作
