职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
负责所有班次工作任务的监督和管理，包括机器，有效的人力资源管理，物料控制，合理使用设备，在模具技术员中强调团队工作精神。
责任与义务DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
负责保证所有注塑模具都在能正常生产状态。引导和协调模具技术员的工作，确保按时完成模具PM，协助ME完成模具维修工作，协助Molding 解决模具生产中问题。应该执行环境保护政策和可适用质量和环境管理系统指示。执行工作场所安全和健康政策及可适用指示。
工作内容：
1.负责保证所有注塑模具都在能正常生产状态。引导和协调模具技术员的工作，确保按时完成模具PM，协助ME完成模具维修工作，协助Molding 解决模具生产中问题。应该执行环境保护政策和可适用质量和环境管理系统指示。执行工作场所安全和健康政策及可适用指示。
2.每年12月拟定下一年度模具PM和水路清洁计划
3.每月统计模房各项工作图表，模具维修供应商修模质量统计分析
4.模具备件的管理
5.控制整个模房区域的环境卫生。
6.给模具技术员提供工作工具和安全性设备。
7准备，计划和协调每天的模房工作计划。
8.带领模具技术员努力达到部门及公司的目标。
9.强调公司的安全政策和规定。
10.培训新的模具技术员和工程部实习生。
11.引导常规纠正性行动来减少模具异常维修频率。
12.积极参与并促进不断改善计划和降低成本进程。
应具备的技术知识和技能：
1、具备注塑机操作安全知识。
2、具备塑胶模具常见问题分析能力。
3、具备塑胶件缺陷分析能力。
4、具备领导团队的能力。
5、良好的沟通技能。
6、熟练运用各种Office软件的能力
7、具备UG查图的能力。
8、汪得力员工测试得分25分以上。
经验要求：
1、高中或中专以上，机械或模具专业。
2、在相似工作岗位有5年以上塑胶模具维护工作经验，具备模具维护和制造管理经验。
3、有1年以上班组长的管理经验。
