Responsibility 工作职责:

1. Preparation and coordination of Weekly Pre-discussion Meeting (Sourcing Steering Committee) for GL board nominations.
2. Data collection of project purchasing status (POP) from project buyers for monthly updating of "Current Projects Total".
3. Supports to dept. manager on various meeting preparation: agenda check & meeting invitation, minutes draft, etc.
4. Central filing & management of important purchasing documentations: nomination sheets, PR/PO, contracts, project transferring check-list, supplier catelogs, etc.
5. Collection/returning documents for signature to dept. manager/applicants: PO, contract, leave application, reimbursement sheet, and other application sheets.
6. Reception to dept. visitors(internal&external): working facilities/hotel/ transport ticket/company car booking, etc.
7. Miscellaneous tasks to support Purchasing&SQA team.
1. 为GL管理层任命供应商，准备和协调每周的预备讨论会议（供应商定点会）
2. 从项目采购处收集项目采购进度（POP）数据，并更新月度的Current Projects Total
3. 支持部门经理准备各类会议：日程安排，会议邀请，起草会议记录等
4. 重要采购文件的归档和管理：任命书，PR/PO，合同，项目转让核对表，供应商目录表等
5. 为部门经理或申请人签字收发文件：PO，合同，请假单，报销单及其他各类申请表
6. 接待（内部及外部） 部门来访者：工作用的设备/旅馆/车票/公司车预定等
7. 支持采购和SQA团队的其他各类工作

Qualifications岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in English / Business / Economics
2. At least 2 years working experience (experience in purchasing is preferred)
3. Knowledge of data collection & analysis, presentation, methodological skills,
4. Communication and problem solving ability, team cooperation cross multi-cultures
5. Knowledge of business economics
6. High motivation, target orientation, entrepreneurial and analytical working
1. 本科以上学历，英语/商业/经济学专业
2. 至少两年以上工作经验（有采购方面经验优先）
3. 熟悉数据收集与分析，报告和方法技能
4. 具备较强的交际能力和解决问题的能力，跨文化团队合作意识强
5. 熟悉商业经济学
6. 高涨的工作积极性，以目标为中心，事业心强，分析能力强
