JOB OBJECTIVES:
Implement individual development plan and career development courses or program to identified successors, key people and high potential staffs.

Responsibility：
？ Strategic training system optimization & implementation:
？ Maintain an effective training system to ensure a continuous improvement of employee capability growth.
？ Conduct and organize annual training needs survey to make up the annual training plan.
？ Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers.
？ Well understand the specific training requirement/standard applied to specific jobs.
？ Plan and organize the annual staff team building, outing plan.
？ Manage the training budget.
？ Employee development and Talent Development Management:
？ Develop short and long term employee and talent development management plan to meet business needs.
？ Implement individual development plan and career development courses or program to identified successors, key people and high potential staffs.

Requirement：
？ Bachelor degree.
？ Male.
？ Good command of both written and oral English.
？ 3-5 years in training manager position.
？ Acknowledged experience in leading, developing, introducing training & development system, especially for technical or shopfloor training.
？ Knowledge of talent development program.
？ Familiar and adapt to manufacturing. Knowledge of Lean system will be a plus advantage.
？ Very good communication skills and strong team spirit.
？ Self motivated and result oriented.
？ Initiative and self motivated.
？ Passion and flexible. Ability of working under pressure.
？ Prominent computer skills.
