Responsibilities:

- Manager the CAS team in Beijing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou, and align the work with brother departments

- Set up and run the internal(facing Biz colleagues) training system

- Set up and run the external (facing customer) training system

- Be responsible for the after sales service from the technical support aspect, such as the hotline

- Visit key customers regularly and regional customers on demand to provide better tech support

- Provide tech support to internal departments



Requirements:

- Medical or Biology related major, Master degree or above

- 10 years more related working experience in technical support function, and 5 years more management experience

- Fluent in English. Skilled in daily computer operation

- Strong communication ability. Good at delivering presentation and giving lectures

- Integrity, Good team work
