职位描述：

a、运用专业的销售技巧，带领团队达成销售目标
b、在旗舰店零售服务标准的指导下，为顾客提供专业的服务，如主动招呼，待客热诚，随时保持笑容，主动跟进售后服务，及时处理顾客投诉
c、熟悉奢侈品零售方式
d、根据旗舰店零售服务标准，保持专业仪容接待顾客
e、协助店长/运营经理做好店铺产品陈列及布置
f、协助店长/运营经理做好店铺资源运用及财物安全工作
g、协助店长/运营经理做好店铺后勤工作

职位要求：

a、大专或同等以上学历
b、形象阳光时尚，性格热情开朗
c、具有5-10年以上奢侈品销售管理经验

d、具有单独管理整个店铺的经验能力
e、具有良好地英语沟通和阅读能力者优先

工作地点：北京新光天地
