职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
? Assist to develops annual marketing plan to meet market share, volume, profits and brand KPI objectives.
? Prepares budgets and implements tactical programs for comprehensive integrated marketing communication campaigns, and monitors actual results against plan and budget to ensure that set targets are achieved.
? Make up monthly/quarterly business reports and provide front line insights to improve business continuously
? Analyzes competitor behavior via acquirable data to ensure timely adjustment of the marketing strategies/initiatives and prompt reaction to competitive challenges when necessary.
? Directs the advertising agency on creative development to maximize brand equity and by working with media agency overseeing media activities to ensure the most cost effective media execution.
? Works with other corporate departments on monthly planning, and ensures timely execution of relative projects.
? Seeks to improve profitability by being cost conscious but without detracting from perceived quality.
? Be a team player to perform other assignments and projects as requested by marketing manager.
? Prepares monthly/quarterly/half year marketing, initiative and budget status reports/inputs for review and analysis by marketing manager and senior management.
Job Qualifications:
? This position requires a university+ degree ideally in business related area. A minimum 3 year experience in product/brand/trade marketing with multi-national, preferably, FMCG companies is required for successful performance.
? Innovative, strong analytical, organizational, communication and language (English in particular) skills are necessary.
? Taking initiative, self-motivation and integrity
? Effective communication and presentation skill
? Computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
