Job Descriptions:
1. Accurately predict monthly financial results to address business issues and trend. Review gap b/w monthly prediction and final results and find out opportunity to improve.
2. Identify and share profit optimization practices with management.
3. Develop and implement appropriate benchmarking techniques to identify opportunities.
4. Market specific ad-hoc investigative analysis to support decision-making.
5. Business review, highlighting performance to various and progress to agreed targets and exception reports.
6. Conduct training to improve the financial knowledge of store managers and other key personnel.
7. Internal control at the store level.


Competencies Expectation:
1. Bachelor degree; preferred in Math/ Finance;
2. Good analytic capability and report writing skill. Knowledge and familiarity with finance analysis, data sensitive; at least 2 years of relative experiences in multinational companies;
3. Good communicators with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. Team player with ability to work to tight timetables and under pressure in changing environment;
4. CPA is preferred;
5. Proficient in MS Excel and VB etc Microsoft office software.
