Primary Responsibility

? Manage process engineering discipline and lead team to study compounding technology
? Optimize machine configuration and operating condition settings as well as process layout to deliver best balance among EHSS, Product Quality and Productivity and Cost Effective Solution
? Responsible for company New Product Introduction(NPI) and New Materials Introduction (NMI)
? Being a technical expert of the company and provide timely support to production, project , Quality, E&M team and related functions
? Define materials standards and specification for the plant
? Keep tracing latest compounding technology trends, perform comparison analysis and introduce best practice solution
? Study on the correlations among screw configuration, processing conditions, quality and productivity for different products
? Lead cross-function team to overcome technical difficulty encounter in the plant and provide technical solutions for related function
? Responsible for recruitment, performance review and training up PE Engineer

Qualification Requirement

? University degree or above in Polymer Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related discipline
? Broad knowledge and over 8 years of PE experience in Engineering thermoplastics compounding plant
? Good people skills and team work
? Passion for the excellence of the job
? Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
? Fluent English in both written and speaking
? Computer skill is essential
? Six Sigma BB or GB is preferred
