Job description:

1.Work closely with WLAN Marketing team to develop competitive analysis, forecasts, supply plans and future product roadmaps.

2.Work closely with China sales and FAE team in a collaborative manner to penetrate and win accounts.

3.Must have good oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

4.Excellent organizational skills are required. Must be able to use influence to achieve team goals and objectives.

5.Should be self starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated.

6.Travel a minimum of 50% of the time in China vesting customers and partners.

Requirements:

1.Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, or Bachelor's in engineering with MBA.

2.Min of 3~5 years experience in marketing of networking systems and/or integrated circuits.

3.Experience with Wireless LANs, digital cellular or spread spectrum communications products is extremely helpful and a plus.

4.Experience working closely with entire organization (from CEO to Engineers) in the customer base, owning relationships and providing necessary feedback to the US factory and ultimately articulate strategies to win business
