Job Description

1. This position must manage "Customer Satisfaction" in repsect to product quality by coordinating necessary resource available locally and overseas among various internal teams.
2. Liase, organize, and coordinate customer reported quality issue for root cause and formal issue resolution by working with customers and various internal teams.
3. Maintain close contact and good relationship with Customers through regular visit/meeting/conference call.
4. Monitor and manage product metrics and outputs from customer quality processes and activities and enable product quality and customer satisfaction through FA process.
5. Interface with Product Marketing, Sales, Operation and various Quality Assuarnce teams as well as Customers on the basis of customer and product needs.

Job Requirements

BSEE or BSME or other related degree
1. 3+ years in FAE or R&D experience in enterprise networking, broadband or other related communication products
2. 2+ years in Customer Quality Management
3. 1+ years in Board Manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
4. Intermediate full life-cycle PCBA manufacturing experience
5. Basic working knowledge of Engineering disciplines involved in product development and manufacturing
6. Basic PCBA reliability knowledge and implementation experience
7. Intermediate IC manufacturing knowledge
8. Sound knowledge of Failure Analysis and techniques.
9. Experience with quality improvement methodology (Six Sigma, SPC, chip/board failure analysis, root cause analysis)
10.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in fast paced environment
11. Direct customer interface experience and good customer management skill.
12. Ability to effectively work and communicate with customers in a Global environment
13. Knowledge of Lead-Free, RoHS, Halogen Free, REACH, MSDS and associate regulations.
14. 50% travel, domestic and regional.
