DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Performs general administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel planning, and filing, routine banking matters. Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for sales operations in China.
2.
Primarily assists General Manager, China, in conducting the affairs of the office in China.
3.
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for business operations in China.
4.
Establishes rapport with and provides customer service to NAMSA clients.
5.
Establishes rapport with internal and external Account Executive(s) and Consultants.
6.
Oversees the flow of paperwork and projects on behalf of business operations and clients.
7.
Helps maintain client information, client contact information, and sales records.
8.
Prepares reports out of Dynamics CRM, client relationship management software.
9.
Also assists as needed, Global Sales Administrator, Technical Sales and Services department personnel, Study Directors, Director of International Sales, VP Global Sales and Marketing and other managers concerning sales operations in China.
10.
Assists with the administration and appropriate processing of the following agreements: NAMSAdvantage, NAMSAPlus, Client/Vendor Confidentiality and Product Distribution in China.
11.
Provides informal, non-certified translations of correspondence from English to Chinese/Mandarin and Mandarin to English.
12.
Prepares expense reports for -China personnel.
13.
Assists Accounting and Global Sales Administrator in the processing of all rebates to China clients.
14.
Maintains knowledge by attending workshops and/or reading publications or journals.
15.
Maintains adherence to SOPs and Confidentiality Agreement.
16.
Creates administrative SOPs for China operations and coordinates procedures, with Global Sales Administrator, as required.
17.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales and consulting results as needed.
18.
Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years prior related work experience. Must be able to meet deadlines. Prior experience working with senior management. Excellent analytical, computer skills. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word-processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
