职位描述
总经理助理 Assistant to GM
薪酬: 7-10k
运营管理:
1.按时完成各类周报表和月报表
2.跟踪中国区各类竞赛或游戏的比赛情况和成绩,监督奖金申请兑换流程,核实成绩
3.为运营部员工的出行预定机票和住宿
4.协助创立新项目,或关闭旧项目,准备新项目所需的培训资料和办公设备等
5.口译和笔译
总裁助理:
1.归档并跟踪记录公司与客户签订的合同,保管合同钥匙
2.组织安排各类管理层会议,并做会议纪要
3.定期更新亚太区项目组和办公室联络信息
4.安排总裁及其家人出行,并予以协助
行政管理:
1.带领数据库维护小组
2.起草中国区项目组适用的规章制度,并监督实行
Operations:
1.Finish the weekly and monthly reports before deadline
2.Update all kinds of competitions’ and games’ results and control the application procedure
3.Flight/hotel booking for OPS team
4.Assist to open/close programs
5.Translation(written and oral)
Executive Assistant:
1.Contracts tracking/filing and key holding
2.Arrange management meetings and take meeting minutes
3.Update Asia Pacific programs and offices contact information
4.Arrange VP’s and his family’s agenda
Administration:
1.Lead database team
2.Draft, announce and monitor all policies and rules
